Exercise, Exercise, Exercise!!
I hate the gym! With a passion. I don't want to lose weight and be saggy all over though, so I know exercise is not an option. I will get to the gym at least 4 times a week. I will do a variety of treadmill, elliptical and weights.
Up my daily water intake
I have a very hard time drinking all the water I know I should be so my goal is to drink 100 oz of water a day
Give Support
I want to be Brian's support system. If he is having a rough day or feeling frustrated I want him to be able to come to me and we can talk things over and get through it without throwing in the towel
Feel Proud
I want to be able to go to bed at night and feel good about myself and my accomplishments throughout the day.
Live a long healthy life
I was blessed with a grandson while I'm young. He is the light of my life and I want to be able to spend time playing with him at the park and be around to watch him grow up.
